I would like to just thank you for the professional and caring job you did for my mum when putting in her lift. As my mum is 85 and a little forgetful, you made her feel at ease about the whole process of having a lift put in as this is something she had really not wanted. You were very patient about demonstrating the lift more than once. I cannot thank you enough for your excellent customer service. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I know who is in need of a stairlift.
